Under the Standard Market umbrella, we currently have two specialty food markets (Standard Market in Westmont and Naperville) and multiple restaurant concepts, both in-market and standalone (including Standard Market Grill, Bakersfield Wood Fired Grill, Standard Tacos & Margaritas, and The CUBE at Standard Market, located across Chicagoland).


We are seeking qualified applicants for the position of IT Support Analyst to maintain the operations of all store and restaurant computers, networks, registers, printers, scales, phones, and more across the company. Your customers are not only the team members who work in our stores and restaurants, but also the guests who visit our stores and restaurants daily and depend on our systems to function seamlessly.

Key IT Support responsibilities include:

  • Act as the first line of technical support. You own the help desk
  • Administer store-level computer software training and assistance
  • Act as a key liaison between Director of Technology and store personnel
  • Effectively work with team members to ensure proper procedures and operations; write documentation, as necessary
  • Oversee hardware and software maintenance and cleaning (including, but not limited to, workstation PCs, servers, Point-of-Sales (POS) registers, printers, scales, digital displays, electronic message centers (Jumbotrons), phones, and more)
  • Manage G Suite (Google Apps)-based email, documents, and calendaring systems
  • Help update data in back-office systems; perform regular audits to ensure integrity and accuracy of store and restaurant pricing, costing, and other data
  • Assist store and corporate-level management in analyzing and interpreting available data; develop custom reports, as needed
  • Maintain health of store and restaurant websites, including e-commerce platforms

  • Comfortable driving between different sites, as needed (Westmont/Naperville/Lincoln Park); must have clean driving record
  • Relevant college degree preferred
  • Possess advanced knowledge of computer functions and programs, along with a good understanding of networks, firewalls, etc.
  • Background with LOC Store Management Suite (SMS), NCR Aloha POS, Digital Dining POS, SQL databases, and WordPress are major pluses; must have extreme comfort with both Windows 7/8/10 and Mac OS X; any lack of formal training on a software program should present no challenges
