Customer Service Supervisor

 

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining a lasting impression for our guests by working closely with the Customer Service Manager, Concierge, and Store Management
  • Supervising Front End processes, including tenders, check outs, and inventory management
  • Supervising POS systems to include data reporting and analysis
  • Supervising multiple personnel
  • Teaching, coaching, and mentoring Customer Service staff
  • Establishing and maintaining a positive work environment that supports a high employee morale
  • Direct guest interaction on a daily basis

  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills
  • Ability to listen and communicate clearly
  • Able to prioritize efficiently and delegate responsibilities
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
